Instrumental Lessons and Performance Ensembles

It has been an amazing start to the year with all Instrumental lessons and Performance ensemble rehearsals up and running.

We have had many new enrolments and it is fantastic to have new boys to the school commencing instrumental lessons and joining ensembles.

Our Performance ensembles for 2018 are:

Con Brio Strings	Monday afterschool
Saxophone Ensemble	Tuesday lunchtime
Drumline	Tuesday afterschool
Vocal Ensemble	Tuesday after school
Brass Ensemble	Wednesday lunchtime
Guitar Ensemble	Wednesday lunchtime
Junior Concert Band	Wednesday after school
Senior Concert Band	Thursday after school
Big Band	Thursday after school

The benefits of playing music are many. It increases the capacity of your memory, refines your time management and organisation skills, boosts team skills and teaches perseverance and improves your reading and comprehension skills just to name a few and it is a lot of fun.
