Archive donations

The Archives are a unique and irreplaceable heritage passed from one generation to the next. They document the origins, development and history of the school and as such are a memory vault for the school’s students, staff, families and friends, both past and present. They provide us with our school culture and identity and give an insight to what it was like to be a student.

Many of the donations to the Archives are by past students and there is great pleasure in accepting these donations of memorabilia because with each item donated you are learning a bit more about the school’s history and the students who attended. You begin to wonder how many other school treasures have been kept by old girls and staff and if they will ever find their way into the school Archives.

The donations to the Archives for this year include: towel and sports uniform from Alison Dart; scrapbook from Judith Horne, nee Inkster; and photographs from Deb Symons.

Noone Imagewear has generously donated a complete set of uniform ranging across the whole school from Junior to Senior for both girls and boys.

If you would like to donate to the Archives please contact the Archivist at the school.
