Year 12 Geography Fieldtrip

The Year 12 Geography Class undertook a Field Work trip around the Officer area as part of their VCE course studying Land Use Change. This included discussions with town planners and the mapping officer at Cardinia Shire. Students study reasons for the change in land use and how these changes have affected social, economic and environmental issues. It is important for them to get out into the real world and the natural environment to really understand the concepts presented in class.  The school wishes to thank the Shire of Cardinia for their ongoing support.
