SRC Update

The Student Representative Council finished Term 3 with a number of special fundraising activities, marking the end of the leadership terms of Joshua Bury and Social Service Captain Benjamin Easton.  After the senior boys were particularly moved by the presentation by the Pat Cronin Foundation, a barbecue followed, along with the sale of PC armbands which were purchased by boys to show their commitment to ending the Coward Punch.

Year 9 SRC Representative Oliver Dillon led the way with a huge fundraising campaign for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, which began with the Great Book Swap on Indigenous Literacy Day on 5 September, as well as a barbecue and free dress day in the final week of term.  The boys were wished well in their fundraising endeavours by ILF Ambassador and author Anita Heiss and managed to raise an impressive $670 – a stunning total from our community.
