SRC Raffle for the Gippsland Emergency Relief Fund

We were all very moved by the plight of our fellow Australians and Australian animals impacted by the recent bushfires, which is why the Berwick Grammar School Student Representative Council have focused their fundraising efforts on the Gippsland Emergency Relief Fund in Term 1.

An Australian-themed Free Dress Day and Barbecue raised over $500 and we will not be stopping there.  Thanks to the kind donations of a number of parties we now present our Australian-themed raffle, to be drawn at the end of term.  There are two wonderful prizes and what you see pictured here is actually the smaller, second prize.  Both prizes consist of Australian-made goodies, books and thanks to a particularly kind donation by one of the families in our community, some gorgeous Australian animal-themes Maxwell and Williams kitchenware.  These really are prizes worth having!

Tickets are $2 or 3 for $5 and we are determined to raise a total of $1000 for bushfire relief efforts.

Tickets will be available from BGS reception or through contacting Lauren Cook, Head of Senior Boys at BGS.
