Schools Cycling Series
On Saturday 8 November, twenty St Margaret’s and Berwick Grammar School students competed in the second round of the Schools Cycling Series at Kew. In an extremely strong field of competitors, a total of seven medals were achieved on the day, what a fantastic accomplishment!
The event produced many highlights, including the individual achievement of Olivia Weston, scoring an outstanding breakaway win in the Senior Female A Grade event. Olivia and Sam Clarke were both presented with series leader jerseys by Australia’s top road rider Simon Gerrans.
