DAV Debating
The final round of DAV Debating was held last week. Best speaker awards went to Geema Fernando (Year 8) and Jessica Elfick (Year 10). Congratulations to Yebin Yang (Year 10) who stepped up from C grade to debate most successfully in the A grade team. At the conclusion of the season, our C grade team of Sabrina Ward, Jessica Elfick, Xingtong Huang and Yebin Yang are undefeated and will soon compete in the regional finals. Congratulations to all debater and thank you to Sungkavi Achuthanananthan for her extraordinary leadership as Debating Captain this year.
