Mental health is an essential part of everyone’s wellbeing. Concerns about mental health among young people is growing, however there is a lot you can do to promote good mental health.

St Margaret’s and Berwick Grammar School is excited to announce that it is hosting a free community forum for teenagers and parents on positive mental health.

The forum will be presented by three Rotary Clubs in the City of Casey, in conjunction with Australian Rotary Health. The focus of the forum will be on how to improve mental health for people aged between 12 to 25 years.
