All past and present members of the St Margaret’s and Berwick Grammar School community are invited to participate in a unique opportunity to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the school in 2016 and submit a family favourite recipe or one that reminds you of your association with the school. The cookbook will be a full size professional publication, featuring professional styling, photography, including full colour layout and design. All recipes’ must be signature dishes from the family and not a direct copy from any other publication. Submissions must be received by the school no later than 27 November 2015. Cookbook categories will include: Breakfast, Soup and Starters, Lunch and Snacks, Mains, Salads and Side Dishes, Pasta and Pizzas,Yeast Bread and Buns, Sweet Treats, Kids in the Kitchen, Garnishing, Outdoor Cooking and Preserves, Special Occasions, Around the World, Multi Generations of School Families and Special Diet Recipes.
Cook and photograph your submitted recipe: Entrants for the cookbook will have an opportunity to cook and photograph their own recipes. Space will be limited so please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject – Open Day Entrant Dates available in the Food Technology Kitchens (10.30 am – 2.00 pm) on Saturday 22 August, 5 September 2015 and Saturday 13 and 20 February and 5 March 2016.
