Principal's Welcome

Welcome to St Margaret's. Although a web site can hardly begin to convey the warmth and vibrancy of our School community, I hope that it can provide an introduction to who we are and what we stand for.

St Margaret's is a School where students come first. They define our purpose and our motivation. At St Margaret's we value each individual highly. Every student is an important member of our close community.

Our dedicated teachers, our outstanding team of staff in all areas, seek to provide the best possible learning environment in our co-educational Junior School
(Pre-Prep - Year 6) and girls only Senior School (Years 7-12).

The one question which guides our practice is "How can we best challenge and motivate each and every student to achieve their personal best?" Our programs are specially designed to provide scope, choice and challenge. Small class sizes ensure individual attention and encouragement.

St Margaret's is not associated with any particular religious denomination - although its ethos is centred on the universal values of respect, tolerance, friendship and service to others.

At St Margaret's we provide a School where students can feel a sense of belonging, where identity is respected and everyone's voice is heard.
